Returns & Refunds

Understand our returns eligibility, timelines, and refund process.

Eligible Items

  • Unopened, non-expired medicines (subject to local regulations).
  • Unsealed health products and devices with complete accessories.
  • Lab bookings can be rescheduled; cancellations per policy.

Ineligible Items

  • Temperature-sensitive items once shipped.
  • Prescription medicines opened or used.
  • Personal-care items where hygiene is compromised.

Timelines

  • Return request within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

How to Request

  • Go to Dashboard → Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return".
  • For lab bookings, contact support before collection time.

Notes

All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
