Understand our returns eligibility, timelines, and refund process.
Eligible Items
- Unopened, non-expired medicines (subject to local regulations).
- Unsealed health products and devices with complete accessories.
- Lab bookings can be rescheduled; cancellations per policy.
Ineligible Items
- Temperature-sensitive items once shipped.
- Prescription medicines opened or used.
- Personal-care items where hygiene is compromised.
Timelines
- Return request within 7 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
How to Request
- Go to Dashboard → Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return".
- For lab bookings, contact support before collection time.
Notes
All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
